Stephanie Ilemona Edino is an Associate at 24 Law Chambers, practising across corporate and commercial law, regulatory advisory, and property law from the firm’s Abuja office. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Kogi State University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School.
Her corporate practice centres on company incorporations, foreign subsidiary structuring and set-up, shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, and post-incorporation regulatory compliance. She has assisted international and domestic investors in establishing corporate vehicles in Nigeria, navigating CAC registration requirements and sector-specific approvals. Her commercial practice covers the drafting, review, and negotiation of a wide range of agreements — supply and distribution contracts, franchise arrangements, service agreements, and vendor and licensing structures.
Her property practice covers title verification, conveyancing, land acquisition, and lease documentation for both institutional and private clients. She manages transactions from initial due diligence through to perfection of title, and advises on the implications of the Land Use Act and relevant state-level land regulations.
Stephanie is recognised within the firm for her precision in transactional work, her efficiency in managing concurrent workstreams, and her commercially aware approach to drafting and advice.
