Biography

Sandra Ochanya Owoicho is an Associate at 24 Law Chambers, practising across litigation, corporate law, and commercial advisory from the firm’s Abuja office. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Benue State University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School.

Her litigation practice focuses on commercial disputes, debt recovery proceedings, and enforcement actions before Federal and State High Courts. She assists with the preparation and prosecution of contentious matters — drafting court processes, conducting legal research, and supporting senior counsel from case inception through to judgment and post-judgment enforcement.

In corporate and commercial practice, she assists with entity formations, due diligence exercises, contract drafting and review, and regulatory compliance for business clients across a range of sectors. She has contributed to the incorporation and set-up of multiple business entities and to compliance work for clients operating in regulated industries.
